Before connecting your LinkedIn account to Kakiyo, make sure you have:

  • Created a Kakiyo account

  • An active subscription (payment completed and confirmed)

Connecting Your LinkedIn Account

Step 1: Navigate to the Profile Section

  1. Log into your Kakiyo dashboard

  2. Navigate to the Profile section

Step 2: Add a New LinkedIn Account

  1. Click on the New Account button

  2. You'll be prompted to enter your LinkedIn credentials:

    • Enter the email address associated with your LinkedIn account

    • Enter the password associated with your LinkedIn account

  3. Select your country of residence

    • Choose the country where you normally reside

    • Important: If your country is not listed, DO NOT select another country. Instead, contact support and we will add your country to the list.

  4. Click on Authenticate

Step 3: Handle Two-Factor Authentication (if enabled)

If you have two-factor authentication enabled on your LinkedIn account, you will need to complete one of the following actions:

  • Approve the connection request directly on your LinkedIn mobile app

  • Enter the verification code sent to your email or phone

Step 4: Configure Operating Hours

Once your account is successfully connected, you can configure the hours during which Kakiyo will be active on your LinkedIn account:

  1. Set your preferred operating hours

  2. These hours determine when Kakiyo will engage with prospects on your behalf

Important Notes

  • Kakiyo uses your LinkedIn credentials securely to establish a connection with the LinkedIn platform

  • You can connect multiple LinkedIn accounts if your subscription allows it

Troubleshooting

If you experience connection issues:

  • First attempt: Verify your LinkedIn credentials are correct and try again

  • Second attempt: If it still fails after a second try, contact our support team immediately

  • Do not attempt multiple connections as this may trigger LinkedIn security restrictions

Important: If your connection fails after two attempts, please contact support right away. Our team will help resolve the issue quickly.

You can reach our support team via the white and black Intercom chat icon in the bottom right corner of your Kakiyo dashboard.
