Managing Existing Offers

This article explains how to view, edit, and delete offers that you've already created in Kakiyo.

Accessing Your Offers

  1. Log into your Kakiyo dashboard

  2. Click on the Offers tab in the main navigation

  3. You'll see a list of all offers you've created displayed as cards

Understanding the Offers Dashboard

The Offers dashboard shows:

  • Offer names

  • Brief preview of offer descriptions

  • Tags showing which campaigns are using each offer

  • Edit and Delete options for each offer

  • Your subscription status (e.g., "Unlimited")

Viewing Offer Details

To see the full details of any offer:

  1. Find the offer card on the Offers dashboard

  2. The preview shown on the card displays a portion of the offer description

  3. Click Edit to view the complete offer information

Editing a Offer

To modify an existing offer:

  1. Locate the offer you want to edit on the Offers dashboard

  2. Click the Edit button (pencil icon) on the offer card

  3. You'll enter the offer editing flow:

    • Modify the offer name if needed

    • Edit the offer description

    • Update any other details

  4. Click Save or Update offer to confirm your changes

Deleting a Offer

To remove a offer:

  1. Find the offer you want to delete on the Offers dashboard

  2. Click the Delete button (trash icon) on the offer card

  3. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Important Warning: If the offer is currently being used in active campaigns, you'll need to remove it from those campaigns first or replace it with another offer. Deleting a offer that's in use could disrupt active conversations.

Best Practices for Offer Management

  • Regular Updates: Review and update your offer descriptions periodically to reflect new features, pricing changes, or market positioning

  • Version Control: Consider creating new offer versions rather than completely overwriting existing ones if you make major changes

  • Usage Tracking: Monitor which campaigns are using each offer

  • Consistent Naming: Use a consistent naming convention to keep your offers organized

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues when managing your offers:

  • Can't Delete Offer: Check if the offer is being used in active campaigns

  • Changes Not Reflecting: Allow some time for updates to propagate to active conversations

  • Too Many Offers: Consider consolidating similar offers or archiving unused ones

  • Contact Support: If you experience persistent issues, contact our support team
