Optimizing Campaign Performance

When to Optimize

Consider optimizing your campaigns when:

  • Connection rate falls below 40%

  • Reply rate falls below 20%

  • You notice negative feedback in responses

What to Optimize

  • Product Description: Ensure it clearly communicates value

  • Prompt Templates: Adjust messaging to be more engaging

  • Targeting: Refine who you're approaching

  • LinkedIn Profile: Review your LinkedIn profile

  • Operating Hours: Adjust when messages are sent

  • Follow-up Sequence: Modify timing or content of follow-ups

Best Practices for Campaign Management

  • Check campaign performance at least twice weekly

  • Add new prospects before campaigns run out

  • A/B test different prompt templates to find what works best

  • Regularly review actual conversations to ensure quality

Troubleshooting

  • Low Connection Rate: Review your LinkedIn profile

  • Low Reply Rate: Improve your prompts (especially the first message)

  • Campaign Not Running: Verify LinkedIn account connection status

  • Error Messages: Contact support with specific error codes

Remember that maintaining a healthy LinkedIn profile reputation is crucial for long-term success with automated prospecting.
